Diamond Stud Source offers a 45-day return policy to give you plenty of time to decide if you are happy with your purchase. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our representatives at Diamond Stud Source are here to assist you with exchanging or returning your product.

Our Return Process

Returning and exchanging items at Diamond Stud Source is easy. Please follow the steps below

All diamonds must be returned with the original certificate. If a diamond is returned without the certificate then we will charge you a fee of $150.00.

All returns must include the original sales receipt showing the purchase price and date of purchase

Please call our customer service for a return authorization number.

Diamond Stud Source will accept your return only if it's shipped via USPS Express or USPS Premium mail (for insurance purposes). Do not indicate on the package that it contains diamonds or jewelry. Keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping information.

Once we receive the shipment,within a few days, you will receive the refund for the returned ite.

All products must be returned in the original state they were received in. Diamond Stud Source will not accept products for return or exchange if they have been modified by a third-party jeweler or if they have been damaged in any way.
